This washer & filler machine is use for filling pure water, distilled water, mineral and other no bacteria liquid. This machine possesses five functions: washing bottle, filling, caphitching, capping and output. The power is AC 220V or 380V, suitable for use in city or town.
The control system adopts PLC of Korean LG.
Configuration:
This machine is divided into four parts: rinsing, filling, electricity control and air control:
1. WASHING
This part consist of carrying bottle, bottle holder, photo eye sensor, pushing bottle and washing pump
2.FILLING
This part consists of pushing bottle air ram, rotating bottle air ram, filling tap, capping, and pure water pump.
3.ELECTRICITY CONTROLLING
This part consists of PLC. Etc.
4.AIR CONTROLLING
This part consists of air ram, air solenoid value.etc
